Guillaume Faury, Executive Vice President of Research & Development, PSA Peugeot Citroën
Guillaume FAURY was born on February 22nd, 1968 in Cherbourg (France). He is married and has 3 children.
He is an engineer who graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de l’Aéronautique et de l’Espace . He is a licensed flight tests engineer and also graduated from the IAE Business School.
He began his carrier in 1992, in the french flight test centre (CEV) which is a part of the french military procurement agency DGA . He was in charge of the Tiger helicopter flight test activities carried out by the centre.
He joined EUROCOPTER in 1998 as Chief Engineer. He became Head of the heavy helicopters flight tests department in 2001, in charge of the development and certification flight tests activities. In October 2003, he was appointed Commercial Helicopters Vice-President, in charge of programs management, offers, and production. He joined the Executive Committee in March 2006 and then became Executice Vice-President for R&D.
He joined the PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN Group in April 2009. He was nominated Member of the Managing Board in charge of Engineering and Manufacturing in June 2009. Since September 2010, he is the R&D Executive Vice-President of the Group.
