Guiya Wang, Controller of Investment and Wealth Management, China Construction Bank
Mr. Wang Guiya is the Controller of Investment and Wealth Management Banking at China Construction Bank, and the Chairman of CCB Cultural Investment Private Equity Fund. He received his EMBA from Guanghua School of Management at Peking University. In his 27-year experience with China Construction Bank, he has held a wide range of senior leadership positions, including: General Manager of Financial Planning Department, General Manager of Investment Banking Department and Chairman of CCB International Holding Co., Ltd. He is a pilot investment banker, originally developed PE wealth management products and successfully founded 6 PE funds in various sectors, including: healthcare, aviation, culture, energy resources, and industry transfer.
Currently he also serves as the Vice President of China Securities and Legislation Society and the Executive Director of China Finance and Accounting Society.
