During her career at legacy Watson Wyatt, Josephine has led many organization-transformation projects, including M&A HR due diligence, and post merger integration including compensation structure, working terms & conditions harmonization, talent management, redundancy in force, culture diagnosis & alignment, change management & communications, and performance management enhancement, etc.
Josephine is also the leader of WorkTaiwan™ Employee Attitude Research Center and has led numerous project teams and has provided employee motivation & engagement related type of services to clients of local and multinational companies.
