Background:
Raulin Amy is a Partner in the Jersey practice. He is an English Solicitor and an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey. He joined Ogier in 2000 and became a partner in 2007. He is a member of the corporate and investment funds teams within Ogier and is involved in a wide range of local and international corporate M&A, capital markets, joint venture, restructuring and commercial transactions as well as advising on private equity and other investment funds.
Raulin is a member of the Jersey Law Society and is also a director of Ogier Corporate Finance Limited, which acts as sponsor to issuers listing securities on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.
Raulin gained his LLB Hons from the University of Birmingham, England in 1996.
