Mr. Matlock joined Morgan Stanley in 1988 in the Corporate Finance Department. Prior to his current role, Mr. Matlock
was most recently the Global Head of Media & Communications Mergers & Acquisitions based in London. Mr. Matlock
worked in New York as a merger and acquisitions generalist focusing on industrial and technology clients.

Personal
Mr. Matlock is married to Thao Matlock. They live in Hong Kong and have two children, Stephen and Clare.
