Wei leads KPMG’s Post Deal Services practice in mainland China. He has over ten years of consulting experience across a number of industries in the US, Europe and China. He specializes in post-deal integration and carve-out advisory supporting complex multi-national financial transactions.
Wei’s areas of expertise include financial/integration due diligence around operational, people and cultural issues, “Day One” readiness preparation, and post merger integration as they relate to: synergy assessment and realization, business planning, risk management, organizational development, and integration project management.
In the last five years, he has lead numerous engagements in China to help his clients securing and maximizing the value of their investments in China through effective post-deal execution.
He has also part-take in numerous significant due diligence engagements where his primary focus is to help his clients understanding, quantifying and mitigating all significant operational and people-related risks in a proposed transaction.
